Set up a Commission Advocated by Dr Subramanian Swamy ji by filing WP( PIL) before thr Hon'ble HC.

In the alternative

Constitute 2nd States Re- Organization Commission to address the legitimate aspirations of Codava Quest for Geo- Political Autonomy under Article 244 R/w 6th& 8th Schedule of our Constitution putfourth by CNC.

1.Demanding for set up a Commission to addressing the manifestation of Codava Quest for Geo Political Autonomy has been Advocated by the Illustrious Economic Scientist of the World, Genious Harvard Scholar,Codava samaritan Former Union Law & Justice Minister in the WP (PIL) No-7769/ 2023 moved before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka.

In the alternative

Constitute Second State- Re-Organization Commission.

2.As per UN Resolution 217 A(111) UN Recognition for Indigenous Codava micro ethnic group under International Law.

UNO Charter and its subsequent covenants and declarations up holds the Self- determination Rights of Indigenous People across the World.In which India Govt is a signitory

3.ST tag for Codavas- initiate and conduct comprehensive and meticulous Ethnographic study on the directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in the WP no- 7003/ 2021 filed by Codava National Council.

Since Codavas are the aboriginal indigenous native tribal People of Codava territory, our paramount aspirations and honourable goals of Internal Political-Self -Determination Rights and carving of Codavaland Geo-Political Autonomy, Self- Rule and other 9 legitimate ethnic issues are to be considered and resolved at its earliest in the interest of justice & equity.

After the sathyagriha, we will be submitting a detailed Memorandum through the District Administration to the following dignitaries.
