  METTA RAMA RAO, IRS (VRS) A Note on My Journey Namaste! I am Metta Rama Rao, aged about 60 years. I was born into a family of farmers in Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh. By the grace of God, after completing my Mechanical Engineering degree, I cleared the Civil Services Examination in 1989 with an All India Rank of 104 and became the first government officer in my family (IRS, 1990 batch). After completing my probation, I served across India — in Chennai, Mumbai, Visakhapatnam, Faridabad, Kolkata (with postings at Patna and Kanpur), Rohtak, and New Delhi — in various capacities, including a deputation to Andhra Pradesh Bhavan, New Delhi (2015–18). I completed my LLB (Evening Course) at Chennai and an MPA from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. నమస్కారం! ప్రాంతీయ పార్టీల మనుగడ కష్టతరం కావడం, అవి కుటుంబ పార్టీలుగా మారిపోయే ధోరణిని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని, మేము "ఉత్తరాంధ్ర పార్టీ"ని ఎన్నికల సంఘం వద్ద నమోదు చేయలేదు. ఉత్తరాంధ్ర అనే కొత్త రాష్ట్రాన్ని సాధించాలంటే పార్లమెంటు చట్టం చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. కొత్త రాష్ట్రాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసే చట్టాన్ని పార్లమెంటు ఆమోదించేలా ప్రభుత్వంపై ఒత్తిడి తెచ్చేందుకు చేసే ఆందోళనల వంటి సాంప్రదాయ పద్ధతుల వల్ల మానవ ప్రాణాలకు, ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్తులకు, వ్యాపార నష్టాలకు మొదలైన వాటితో కూడి అధిక వ్యయంతో కూడుకున్నది. అందువల్ల మేము ఆందోళనల మార్గాన్ని అనుసరించడం లేదు. రాష్ట్రం తన జిల్లాలను పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరించుకున్నట్లే, కొత్త రాష్ట్రాలను ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి రాజ్యాంగం (ఆర్టికల్ 3) వీలు కల్పిస్తుంది. కొత్త రాష్ట్రాలను కోరుకుంటున్న సంస్థలను కలుపుకొని, అఖిల భారత స్థాయిలో పార్లమెంటుకు ప్రతినిధులను పంపడానికి మేము ఎన్నికల మార్గాన్ని ఎంచుకోవాలనుకుంటున్నాము. భారతదేశం అంతటా 22 కొత్త రాష్ట్రాలను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలనే డిమాండ్లు ఉన్నాయి. కాబట్టి, కేవలం ఉత్తరాంధ్రపై దృష్టి సారించే ప్రాంతీయ పార్టీకి బదులుగా, కొత్త రాష్ట్రాల కోసం పనిచేసే అఖి...

NDA Govt could have recruited two million public sector jobs each year since 2014. Scope has bn there. But it squandered a great opportunity. B. Opportunity missed Governance deficit in India is due to deployment of fewer government employees at Local, State and Central Govt levels. Fewer hands result in delay resulting in inefficient economy and breeding corruption. India has 16 public sector employees for every 1000 population compared to China (57), USA.(77), Brazil (111), France (114) and Norway (159) To improve governance to a measurable way, India could have increased the average to 24 per 1000 population during 2014-19 i. e increase of 50%. It works out 150 cr * 8/1000 i.e 1.2 cr jobs in 5 years. 2.4 million public sector jobs every year. Even half would have worked out a million public sector jobs every year during 2014-19.
